Ahh, this brings back a good memory. When I lived in Fort Worth, Texas, there was this McDonald's that was owned by a Hispanic man, and about 95% of the employees were Hispanic. Hardly any of them spoke English. When I would come in there to order and I would order in English (I know, shame on me), they would usually have to get someone else who spoke English. I was pretty ticked off and complained to company HQ. Well they listened and imagine my surprise when suddenly everyone in the store spoke English.
