After using if for about 12 hours, it just looks like clicks, scrolling and general user/site interaction. There seems to be nothing to tell you where that user is from, what language their browser supports etc but.... watching the playbacks does give you an idea of how many times people click in places that aren't links... like the body text.. from the mouse gestures I've seen, it seems a lot of people highlight the text they're reading piece by piece.
As far as I can tell, it complements rather than replaces things like Google Analytics.
