Mine would actually cut up the clothes she didn't like, but there would always 
be a bag there with suitable replacements.

My shoes, pants, shirts etc... all seem to disappear after a while.  I have 
clothes that are twenty years old, very few anymore do to them disappearing.   
As long as it still hangs on my body I can find a use for it.  I have multiple 
layers of work clothes, not what I wear to work but for working around the 
house.  The dirtier or messier the job the older and more beat up layer of 
clothes.  My thought is I paid $20 bucks for those shorts I want my moneys 
worth. At which point my usually quips something like there isn't enough 
material to use as a rag, throw the damn things away.    Hence my ever 
disappearing clothes.  She no longer asks, my things just vanish.
