ALERT for the dudes: most plant protein you'll get in foods is soy and
soy contains phyto-estrogens; plant-based girl hormones.

There's kind of a debate about this but most people that value their
serum testosterone try to shy away from soy if not avoid it
completely.  (which, if you want to, pay close attention to
ingredients!  That shiit's in everything!)

But, for fat, there's olive oil, flax, etc.

You could probably get by on whey protein, casein, flax and olive oil
for good fats, and then oats, etc for carbs.
