Actually, I just found one somewhere else that will do the job.

http://www.ecb.int/stats/exchange/eurofxref/html/index.en.html

The European Central Bank provide an XML feed of the data and although it
uses the Euro as the base rate it is simple to loop over them and convert it
to a GBP rate.
