I've had the benefit of living in and visiting many places that hosted
some of the most remembered battles of the Pacific during WWII.

There are places that when you are there I swear there is an empty
feeling in in your chest and a tugging at your soul, an overwhelming
sense of melancholy and an uncontrollable tears. Everyone should
experience those places. Especially before they commence to committing
troops to war.
