I never claimed that. I said I was part liberal from the beginning. > (1.) Fiscal Conservatives. We established a long time ago that you're > a fiscal liberal. No, you did. I said I was an entrepreneur willing to take risks in capitalistic adventures. You seem to think that makes me fiscally liberal. That is also my own money where I am not worried about working hard to recoup my loses and try again. When I hit my 70's maybe I'll stop but I have too many skills to fear I'll ever be broke and I have no desire to ever retire. That's when people die. As for the government I want them to conservative, I don't want them to tax me and waste my money on failed social programs. I am willing to make investments in social programs like NCLB, if they work great. If not fix them or leave them. I consider that an attempt to fix a problem that will have long term positive results. I don't support most forms of welfare where you pay someone not to show results. > (2.) Social Conservatives. You agree with Rudy, who's socially liberal. I agree with him on abortion and civil unions. I don't think we need gay marriage. He claims gun control lowered crime, I'm not sure about that, haven't looked into it. He also moved the homeless off the streets, that's not a social liberal stance. You can't stick a label on me for having two positions in that column. I have many social conservative positions also. > (3.) Foreign Policy Conservatives. You support Iraq, so you're a FP liberal. I thought most conservatives supported the war and most liberals opposed it. > Neo-cons are social conservatives, but fiscal and FP liberals. But > that ain't you since you're a Rudy guy. So where are your > principles? 1. Your wrong, you obviously haven't been paying attention. 2. I don't open a dictionary and pick a category to get my principles from. I'm what you call a free thinker and I'm not bound to a parties rules. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 The most significant release in over 10 years.
