Yup, I agree, but once you get to the top five on that show, you're pretty much guaranteed a career so it doesn't really matter who goes home when. I'm not sure you can really blame the voters due to the fact of multiple votes, time limits, etc. Melinda could probably start her own Vegas show, or maybe team up with Lakisha or others, and make a fortune. I'd go. All three of them, though, weren't super versatile: Blake has his schtick and will do well with it; Melinda is great for the jazzy adult contemporary stuff and probably can develop the Tina Turner thang; Jordan is good for the big ballads, but has lots of room to grow.
