Yeah, but Bruce said it himself: they don't want to work for what
those jobs pay.  And that pay is connected to the cost of the service
provided.  And that cost determines if that service is offered.

Lower cost services = higher standard of living.

Walmart does the same thing with goods.  Personally I don't shop there
much because I don't like the stores nor their quality of goods, but
obviously many do and if we arbitrarily raised the cost of goods, then
those that shop there would have a decreased standard of living.

If you oppose rampant prosperity, then you should oppose immigration.
If you support prosperity, then you should support immigration.
