So my wife and I are riding down the new super gondola at Heavenly (Lake
Tahoe).
Sharing the cabin with us was a lift operator.
We were talking about the number of people wearing helmets on the slopes
now.
Recall that a few years ago Sonny Bono was killed on a run at Heavenly's
Nevada side ("Orion") from head injuries when he skiied into a tree. FYI the
photo of me on Michael D's site was taken very near the scene.

I replied "He should have stayed on the Cher."
