I have a project and they are requesting that the application runs locally and without any internet connection for an inventory system(To avoid dialing out and to avoid paying for service, when they really dont require or need it.) They are running an NT system so i would need a IIS server or run CF Server on an apache server. My question is, would this be a stable setup ? they will be running this on an NT network that they have. I started to look into doing this in VB, but when i realized how much i don't know VB anymore, my choice is back to CF. Is this a common request ? and would CF Server be able to handle this ? 6-8 PCs would be accessing this. Any info/suggestions would be appreciated...thanks... __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
