What's the problem? It is cheaper than a helicopter, easier to fly than a helicopter, less intrusive than a helicopter, and except for high speed pursuit will do the same job. It doesn't require an expensive pilot to fly it. It doesn't make massive amounts of disturbing noise over the city centre. It can land and take of almost anywhere without requiring a helipad or large field. It is less polluting than the turbine of a helicopter.
