Sounds gooooood.......

I did a couple of cornish game hens on the old Weber. Simple seasoning, but
the trick is cooking them indirectly, with a drip pan made from tin foil in
the middle to baste the little birds in their own juices.

takes a little over an hour and produces some juicy little chickens.
