Time for tony to join the International Order of Old Bastards!

The term "Bastard" in the I.O.O.B. is not intended to question ones
parentage. You see, some I.O.O.B. members have difficulty in
expressing positive feelings and emotions to each other. So the
expression we can safely use that is nearest to having something
positive to say about another without being subject to accusations of
being a "woosie" is "BASTARD". BASTARD is regarded as a term of great
endearment, as in "How are you, you old bastard?". Do not be offended
if someone refers to you as an Old Bastard. Just smile and accept the
compliment as it was intended.

There are exceptions as in "you stupid bastard".
I believe the key word to look for is "Old"
If "Old" isn't in the phrase . . .

Rather than go through a long list of phrases . . .
You may want to reflect on the "Old" adage . . .
When in doubt - knock em out!
