Just to play "Devil's Advocate". Would we be doing him a favor by throwing him in jail. He may very well be living better in prison than he would be back "home". I don't think we can force another foreign government to incarcerate someone for crimes committed in the US..

The guy has been charged with a whole slew of things, including DWI, felony death by motor vehicle, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, no operators license, careless and reckless driving.
