y'know...i was absolutely livid yesterday when she got out. pissed me off big time. she got a rash... so they let her out. like the jails don't have some gold bond powder somewhere in 'em.
but today i'm actually somewhat sympathetic. i don't care what you think of her personally (i dislike everything i know about her). nobody deserves to be toyed with that way. "hey... you can go home. oops... no wait... you have to come to court in the morning to discuss... hey, you don't have to come to court... you can just phone it in.... no wait... you can't phone it in... we're sending a squad car to bring you to court in handcuffs... " somebody's fucking up big time. the sheriff that let her go home in the first place (thus violating the judge's written orders) and then told her she didn't have to personally appear in court (i believe it was the same person) really needs to be disciplined. i agree 100% that she needs to be held accountable for her actions and i don't feel -any- pity about her having to spend 40 days in jail. but i don't like the way they've dicking her around emotionally for the past 24 hours. i wouldn't like it if they did it to anybody. doesn't matter who she is (or is not).
