tis what i figgered and why i went to httpd.conf and changed all
things i saw as 80 to 81.

now... i hit http://localhost:81 and i see a mgmt screen...
most if not all of the links to myphpadmin and sqlite admin or
whatever dont work...

imma test more stuff tonight... but am i headin down right path?
