Well their website is back up. You still have to go to the local office to
replace a lost or stolen card. Oh, and SSA does NOT take any action other
than the replace the card. If your card is lost or stolen, it is still up to
the individual to monitor their identity to ensure that no one is buying
Trump Plaza with your SSN.
