We have pretty flexible schedules around here. We're all salaried, and the expectation is that you get the job done, whatever that takes. There have been times when I've put in crazy hours - like when we're doing CF or Oracle upgrades and everything needs to be retested in a new environment. But, typically speaking, I work 6:00 to 4:00, 4 days a week, with some touching base on my off day and on weekends when necessary. I do take a "lunch" to go workout, and then eat at my desk. But, I'm more productive in the afternoon because of it. When we're swamped, I might be tempted to skip the workout. But, if I do it more than 1 day, my boss has been known to kick me out of the office to go work out. He's cool like that.
