Hey, good idea Jerry! Thanks!

The duct is pretty flange-like, basically it's just adapting the
non-standard
15x24 in opening in the roof (it's a down draft) to the roughly 20x20 of the
cooler. About 8 in. high, came out very angular.

Currently it's held together by some Escher-ish interlacing, and crimps.

Still need to insulate it... figured I'd just caulk the hell out of it (am I
the
only one who laughs when talking about calking stuff up?), put some
roofing tape on the outside...

Perhaps I'll go ahead and screw it before... I do like the "undo-able-ness"
of screws vs rivets.

Went all out tho, used some conduit and whatnot, where normally I'd just
pipe it through the inside of the cooler... figure I'll still get a "real"
'lectrition
to give it a once over (specially since it would be nice to have a "low"
option,
and I don't feel like running the new wire), but for now, thank the force,
we
are cooling.

Improved the Wife's attitude instantly (she's at home with the kid while I
work in a server room, basically, nice and cool). =]
