Ribs - I'm lazy, but this works really well for me. I pressure cook the ribs for 20-25 minutes, then cook 'em on the grill to "cook in" the BBQ sauce. works great.
As for chicken... I slather on the bbq every time I turn the chicken (we usually cook chicken breasts)... it bugs me how long it takes to cook chicken, so we don't do it very often.... My method of bbq chicken uses a LOT of bbq sauce, and really makes a mess of the bottom of my grill!
