Seems that link is now dead, but the terribly loud video ad is still
there.   If they were complaining, I would say to grow up and learn to
handle constructive criticism.   Consider us clients, cause without us
visiting and reading, there would be no more advertising to sell.

that video ad is actuall on several of their pages. I got it
independently trying to read a different article. I found it really
annoying -- i had multiple windows open and my sound turned up with
the door to my office open. Even if it were not annoying to my
officemates, the sound is still too loud.
