Having similar problems - Luckily I pay quarterly with a credit card. I can't ftp to my account. Two telephone calls, one email no response. Now I can't even logon to the X4 server. I chose them because they support Coldfusion but, with this response, I suspect that they are going belly up. I may have to register a new domain, they will never release my current one while they are in this state. Very surprised that Pay-Pal won't support the transaction - I'll think twice about using them in the future - Good Luck
