first ideas: check to make sure the vent and hose are unkinked, unplugged, and can vent to the outside. remove all lint you can from the dryer and the hose and the outside vent cover. check the belt. it might have slipped off, worn out so much it no longer is tight, or snapped. you should be able to get a visual by undoing the main back panel and looking in with a flashlight.
