I don't *need* to go to China to eat roast duck (I can get it here, of course, 
and I also make it myself, actually), but once I *do* get there I'm going to 
look for that duck restaurant I saw Anthony Bourdain enjoy so much.  Apparently 
it's better than anything you can find in the states (or at least what Bourdain 
said, and he's eaten at more of them than I have).
