When I create a new folder, I do not get an option of what level of control 
to give it. It just lets me create the folder (along with all of the 
annoying security/are you sure messages which I am going to disable soon). 
Then I go to the properties and it is set up as read only. When I change the 
properties to full control, it defaults back to read only.
