Two of my best friends, brothers really, from the Army live there now.
Couple of medics.

Plus everything I've heard about the town makes it sound like a really great
place, I mean to listen to them it's super green, there are parks, shows,
events things going on all the time, and it sound like people really take
pride in the city. I hear it's very clean too. I know it's retarded but
it's a big deal for me. I grew up in NY and now lived around DC for 6 years
and I'm just tired of big grey dirty cities.

I like Austin. Aaron's best friend lived there a while. It's a nice
place - great university, super duper cheap housing, growing tech
market. I could see being happy there. No basements, though - so I'd
have to have a huge house to compensate for that. :P
