Ok so -- I am hearing a rumor that the latest Windows Media player
does not work with Blackboard. I am having an issue with someone's
video work that may be this issue. My question is whether anyone here
can confirms this and/or tell me how to roll back the WMP version.

What happens is that she is using a webcam that saves files as .avi.
These play fine on her machine. When she uploads them and links to
them from her online class though, she gets fountains and you know,
screensaver looking things like you do to music. Except there is no
music -- this is video of a lecture in American Sign Language.

Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

Dana
