Dana, is this a shared hosting account? try using the server name itself for Server Name (if you have it). If you don't have it, you should be able to see it in the Control Center for your account. I host all my sites w/ CrystalTech and use SQL Server Management Studio Express to connect to all of them with no problems ... of course they're all shared so I may not be helping here ... don't have a remote box or any knowledge of what to do to connect to one Shawna E.
