Oh..I've never had Iguana. But I'm told it tastes nothing like chicken. The meat really has it's own taste.
You would no sooner mistake it for chicken than you would lamb for chicken. I totally agree with him on the Bake and Shark though (I think that was part 5 or 6 in the video)! It's a shame that the best one is allll the way at the beach in Maracas (a whole 45 minute drive!). Souse? A good souse tastes great. yes it is a bit fatty etc. but..it still tastes great! And PigTail! YUMMMYY!! In a good Ochro Rice pigtail is divine! As soup as well!
