The FBI violated the Constitution when they reviewed all of the documents in Rep. William Jefferson's Congressional office without giving him a chance to argue that some of the documents were protected legislative business. Good ruling, IMHO, otherwise future (or present) administrations may take to using the FBI to harass or intimidate members of Congress, and that would be a terrible abuse of power.
