Will, Not to put too fine a point on it, but when you refer to "live collaboration," are you referring to something like GoToMeeting, or live simultaneous document markup?

R&D uses live collaboration in meeting scenarios and check-in/check-out in development projects. Operations is more the check-in/check-out... I also will second the access to HR stuff, benefits and self-serve services, big pluses if they are online *and* are operational (one of our umbrella organization's biggest stumbling blocks has been rolling out "global" solutions on an intranet and then having them collapse under stress) also make sure that there is a maintenance plan going forward, attach assignments for maintenance to roles in the organization, not simply people. What I mean is, the task of updating HR benefits should become part of the job description of the HR Benefits manager, the task of updating payroll information to the Payroll Manager, etc. not simply an admin in the HR group (in our organization payroll is a function of HR...) handling everything. -- will "If my life weren't funny, it would just be true; and that would just be unacceptable." - Carrie Fisher ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Get the answers you are looking for on the ColdFusion Labs Forum direct from active programmers and developers. http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/categories.cfm?forumid-72&catid=648 Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:239505 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
