>Well then - I hate to break it to you - but you like Windows. ;^)

Nope, not going there. If Apple offered a comparable tablet and I could afford
to switch all my devices (which is a heck of a big IF) I'd probably drop
Windoze in a heartbeat.

>You can like something and still hate aspects of it.

Of course...and the aspect I don't like is the Windows OS.

>Macs aren't a panacea - but they're definitely better for some people. Some

And of course, monetary issues do come into it. Not even counting software I'd
have to repurchase, the same configuration I got from Dell would have been $1K
more with a Mac. The difference is not huge for consumer use...but once you get
into this bigger beefed up systems, it can be substantial.

>(See - I can be nice - even when you gloat about how nice your PPC synchs

Well, my PPC is no panacea either. Every time it dies on me and I have to
restore data it usually screws up and duplicates most of my calendar items. And
I have never gotten it to work reliably with my wifi at home. I found Palms to
be much more reliable and easy to use in general.
