This guy will never do anything, ever. If he ever does attempt anything through appropriate channels, the first attorney he meets will give him a coloring book and a polite smile and tell him to go home, then maybe phone his mother and warn her about letting young children like that out of her sight in this day and age.
It may go a little something like this... Ray Horn: "Whiney whiney whiney whine, Mr. Attorney man. I want to sue this doody-head for a million bazillion dollars!" Attorney: "Here are your options... <snip snip snip>. Now the question is, how much have you budgeted for taking legal action?" Ray Horn: "I thought you do this sort of thing on a contingency basis." Attorney: "Oh, that's only when our risk/reward ratio is very good *and* the total risk itself isn't very large with respect to our total annual case return *and* we don't have any more profitable cases to work on." Ray Horn: "WHINEY WHINEY WHINEY WHINEY--!" Attorney: "I'm afraid this would be a strictly fee paid case. You know, sometimes we can just send a letter and the recipient is so intimidated by anything from an attorney that he caves immediately, even though he really doesn't have to. In fact, it's kinda fun to watch." Ray Horn: "How much would that cost?" Attorney: "Not much. About $400 to $800." Ray Horn: "WHINEY WHINEY WHINEY WHINE! But I have my rights!" Attorney: "And I have work to do. You go think it over and when you're done, give me a call and let me know how you'd like to proceed." Ray Horn: "Hmmff. Okay. Hrmmfrf. Whiney whine. I'll call you." Attorney: "I'll be waiting with breath which is *baited*, I assure you." Ray Horn leaves the office. Secretary: "File thirteen?" Attorney: "Yup."
