Does anyone have a recommendation for a development and application hosting company for "SaaS" (software as a service)?
Basically I need a place that will give me a development space in a secure facility and then can host applications with failover, etc. I know SalesForce.com does this on their APEX platform and has add-on managed services and amazon.com does it with add-on fulfillment and logistics, but I'm wondering if there are other options that are just as good without the extra services and costs.
