I'm sure you're more than aware that filters don't filter other people's 
answers. And your attention-seeking remarks do get answers, mostly awestruck at 
your cluelessness. No, I would not tell a white person not to go to Howard 
Beach because it's a "bad neighborhood." It isn't, for him.

However if a black friend was headed in that direction, I might give him a 
heads up and suggest that he check check the idea out first with some locals 
before strolling through the area. Why would anyone not warn someone who, let's 
review, lives several thousand miles away, that there were race riots a few 
years ago in a city he is headed to, and that some people were killed? Seems 
pertinent to me, and also not necessarily something a native of Prince Edward 
Island would have paid much attention to at the time. 

However, as we know, you are more interested in ideology that in fact, so if 
you want to believe that racism is something that whites do to blacks, be my 
guest. Just don't expect me not to laugh ;)
