Since everything I saw called it a "truck," I presume it carries more 
cargo then a tank, at least I would hope so.

But I suspect the cool aspect is not the wheels versus tracks but that 
it is an autonomous robot not driven by humans.  Whether you want that 
in a tank as apposed to a truck depends on your feelings about robots I 
guess.
