I agree 100%.  -IF- a team does want to sign him in the future, they'd
have to determine whether or not there would be enough negative
publicity to hurt the team, versus the chances that Vick might give
the team to win.

Again, I'm all for banning his ass permanently.  This is just what (at
least) one GM seems to think.
