hey man if thats what you want then go for it. I have owned several Dells and
several apples, and without question the dells are as big-o-piece-o-shit as you
can buy.

I look at it like this... That machine sitting in front of me makes me a
hell-a-lotta money a year and Im not going to skimp on it.

Your car comparison only really works when you say that the computer user only
occasionally uses it but when you earn your living with it then its a different
story.

So using your "theory" it would be more like this:

Lets so you drive across the country for a living, 12 hours a day 6 days a
week, now do you want to spend that time in a nice comfy lexus or your Aveo?
Personally I like a nice comfy worry free ride.....

>It's kinda like buying a car. Sure a Chevy Aveo fits all my basic

>multiples more for the same functionality.

>How many Dell owners drive alone in an SUV to work every day? Why
>when an Aveo does the same thing for WAY cheaper:

>* seats - yup
>* engine - yup
>* roof - yup
>* control system - yup.

>Look at that - a similarly priced Aveo is WAY cheaper, therefore they
>must be idiots.
