I've never had a problem with it. I'm using them on my SSL at 
https://www.cfwebstore.com if you want to check it out. Interesting though, the 
certificate did seem to change when I recently had it reissued to move to a new 
server. It used to show the intermediate certificate issuing company but now 
only shows GoDaddy (which I personally prefer). I did still have to install the 
intermediate certs, which do make it a slightly more complicated process than a 
normal SSL install, but nothing too difficult.
