A while ago I asked for help finding the details of a TV show I vaguely remembered.
Turns out I had lots of the details wrong, but I finally found it. http://imdb.com/title/tt0098927/ They Came from Outer Space (1990) "Two teenage aliens, Abe (Stuart Fratkin) and Bo (Dean Cameron), travel the United States in a red sports car in an effort to pick up chicks and learn more about life on Earth. They are pursued by a pair of bumbling U.S. Government soldiers who would like to capture Abe and Bo for study."
