Last year it was $30 for SkypeIn and $30 for unlimited U.S. calling. This year I believe the $60 includes a credit for $30 toward one of the other services (such as unlimited calling). I just renewed recently and noticed they'd changed their pricing structure around - but they haven't really *increased* pricing per se, just repackaged it. There's also the $3/month for unlimited calling now (plus some other stuff). I ended up renewing my basic SkypeIn for $30 and then just topping up my SkypeCredit that I use for international calls.
