My best hunter, Mugsy (a huge tri-color double pawed persian) once brought home a raccoon that was double his weight, and meowed outside the door until we came and saw his "gift".
Mugsy had lost most of one ear, an inch of his tail, and had claw marks all through his abdomen, but was very proud of his accomplishment. His brother Kamikaze (black double pawed persian) never hunted. His best trick was to hide on the top of the fridge, and launch himself onto the back and shoulders of anyone walking into the kitchen. They both ate every meal of dried cat food by picking each piece up with one paw, and eating that piece individually, then picking up the next piece. They never stuck their face in the bowl.
