If you allow the way you represent yourself...your ideas, your personality,
your opinions, etc....to denigrate due to circumstances surrounding the
medium in which you are communicating, then I think that illustrates a
character flaw.

If you are only respectful and professional when dealing with people face to
face, and become a complete dickhead on the internet, one of those two
personas has to be a facade....and I think it's obvious which one that is.

I'm only talking about overall personality behavior. Obviously, your
language may change, or you may use slang or shortcuts in a casual medium
that you wouldn't use elsewhere....but do you generally stick to the same
traits that define your interactions in the real world? Respect,
consideration, fairness, etc....

I've probably given this too much thought, huh? :)
