I am wondering how they 'define' "the Almighty". In so many different
religions (even christian ones), the prevailing god-figure is referred
to in many different 'titles' or 'names'.

Does the court docs say:
The Almighty alias God alias Buddha alias (etc ... etc ... etc)

Or maybe it is against the claimant's religion to recognize other
names for gods, or other gods altogether?

hmmmm.....
