Unfortunately while you can control process priority with the SysInternals stuff you can only do it one process at a time.

I'm not sure if the specific feature you have is supported but either Process Monitor or Process Explorer might have it. I fell your pain tho'... it always seems like you have to leave at least one really great feature behind when you switch to something new.
