I also had one like this.  The screen would go yellow.  I forget the brand, 
but I had to whack it on the top, slightly to the left and it would show 
properly again.  That one wasn't the cable and I assumed it was on its way 
out, so I replaced it ASAP.  I had some bad luck with monitors for a short 
while, heh.

I am now using 2 LCDs and couldn't be happier with them.  Well, unless they 
were bigger.  =-p
