I am very happy with my account at CFDynamics.com but I currently pay ~$29.71/month for their enhanced plan so that I have the functionality I want. I just upgraded my account to CF8 last week and I now plan to start incorporating Flex into my site. They have already confirmed that my account is Flex ready. I also use GoDaddy for my personal vanity site, but I would not recommend them for anybody who want a partner in their hosting provider. Their self-service setup and configurations work well, but one seems to get what one pays for in customer support. I also do not know if they have or will upgrade to CF8 or anything about their Flex support. I have frequently heard good things about HostMySite.
