Did you sell something on eBay? If so then I assume you received payment. And if that is the case, it should not matter where the item is shipped to. It is bought and paid for. Once you ship it to where ever it is supposed to, it is out of your hands. Just have proof of when and how you shipped it. So in this case, I would go ahead and do it. Now if it is a COD deal, no way.
