It's there to be pinged to determine server state, if it returns a result
the server is up, if it doesn't the server is down.

Anyway, first, the name of this file simply causes too much laughter, but
besides that, what's it for? and why? Can I rename it? Delete it? Googling
says it's a way in for hackers to see the installation path, etc ... I was

It's in the root of the CFIDE folder.
